You directly provide Hardy’s with the information we collect on you. We collect and process data when you:
Contact us via phone or email with enquires or booking requests.
Contact us with customer feedback via phone or email.
Hardy’s may also receive your data indirectly from Square, our third-party card reader supplier.
How will we use your data?
Hardy’s collects your data so that we can:
Process your booking or manage your account
Contact you with relevant updates
Track your flight for real updates on arrival times in the case of airport transfers
In the event of a booking being subcontracted to another private hire operator, if you agree, your details will be supplied to that operator to allow them to complete the job with the details you provide.
How do we store store your data?
Our company securely stores your data in a digital database and in paper format in a daily diary. Both are securely stored at all times. Your data will not be divulged to any further 3rd parties and will remain in the company’s office.
Hardy’s will securely store the details of your booking along with the personal data that carries for a period of 6 years. After this date, the records will be securely destroyed.
